Learn to Zumba

Instructor Kang will guide you through basic steps to build your confidence in Latin dance styles. This three-part series is perfect for first-timers, beginners, and those seeking more direction.

Join us for Healthier You for the Holidays, a six-week workshop series led by Bianca!

October 16th - November 20th | Wednesdays, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

This series is perfect for Woodland residents looking to build healthier habits while working toward shared goals. Each week, we'll focus on essentials like physical activity, nutrition, sleep, social connections, stress management, and strategies to stay healthy through the holidays.

No matter your background or fitness level, we'll create a supportive, judgment-free space where everyone feels empowered to make meaningful progress.

Here's what you can expect each week:
