About:
"I am a lifelong athlete that has competed in track and field and trained in weightlifting for over 15 years. After my college athletic career, I shifted my priorities from former athlete to coach, and this is where I fell in love with being able to help people achieve their goals. I have coached at the collegiate level for the past 10 years. Being able to continue to guide an individual’s goal setting and progress in fitness has inspired me to become a personal trainer. Making the choice to come to the YMCA is an excellent starting point; sometimes the most difficult part of a fitness regimen is getting started. My ultimate goal is to help people stay healthy."
