“Perspective Drives Performance .”
Coach Rich has been working in the fitness industry for the past 10 years gaining experience in multiple roles. His background with movement based activities started at an earlier age finding a passion in basketball and hip-hop dance as well. Rich has worked with a wide range of clients from professional dancers & athletes to everyday people looking to become better versions of themselves. His mindset is about keeping it simple, making sure we hit all the buckets within training to enhance the opportunity for a healthy life.
