ISAAC'S BIKE RIDE
A Community Tradition
Every year, Isaac Gonzales takes on the extraordinary challenge to give back to his community—with an annual birthday bike ride to raise crucial funds for the Sacramento Central YMCA’s Y-Assist Scholarship Program.
On February 23rd, Isaac celebrates his birthday by riding a stationary bike for an incredible 12 hours, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in the lobby of the Sacramento Central YMCA. This inspiring event brings together friends, members, and supporters to cheer him on and contribute to his goal of raising $10,000 to support the YMCA’s vital programs.
Last year, Isaac surpassed his fundraising goal in spectacular fashion, raising over $16,000 to benefit the Y-Assist Scholarship Program, which provides access to YMCA services for those in need. This year, his dedication and drive inspired the community to rally behind him once again.
Ways to Support
Participants had several ways to get involved:

- Visit and Cheer: Stop by the YMCA to encourage Isaac and make an in-person donation.
- Ride Along: Create your own fundraising team and ride alongside Isaac to amplify the impact.
