YMCAs have led health and fitness programs for people of all ages, incomes and abilities for more than a century. We also focus on overall wellness, empowering you to tailor your own plan toward healthier living by choosing how you will accomplish your wellness goals. The whole approach means you have many options and lots of support as you choose your path to a healthier new you!

At the YMCA, we have the facilities, equipment, programs, and staff to support you. Make new friends, increase your self-confidence, and improve your spiritual, mental and physical health.

CARDIO, FREE WEIGHTS & CORE CENTER

We have a variety of cardio and strength training machines throughout our Wellness Center. Our cardio equipment is equipped with an individual flat screen television and mp3 hook-up, giving you the freedom to work out while enjoying your favorite show or music. Our Free Weight and Core Center also houses a variety of equipment including TRX, stability balls, free weights, cables, and foam rollers for efficient and effective conditioning.

In addition, Health and Wellness Coaches are available to provide you with two 6 week plans utilizing our Wellness Centers. These programs come with your membership and include a Foundations of Cardio and Strength Program as well as Free Weights and Conditioning Program, both built around your goals and objectives.

GROUP EXERCISE & STUDIO CLASSES

Group exercise at the Y is about having fun, making friends and getting an energetic and dynamic workout in a positive community. Our programming is designed to offer a variety of classes accommodating every fitness level with supportive instructors by your side. We offer more than 70 classes each week that range in style and intensity including Aging Well, Fall Prevention, Strength Training, Cycling, Cardio, Body Weight, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, and So Much More...™

Our coaches provide comprehensive and progressive options through our 6 Week Programs, Personal Training, Gluco Fit, and Group Fitness Classes.
